Science and Tech museum to get funding boost - kinda

The article is mostly about other stuff, but if you look about 2/3 the way down you find this bit:

The currently shuttered Canadian Science and Technology Museum is to get an extra $2.9 million to help it get rid of the mould and other infrastructure problems that forced its closure late last year. That’ll push its spending to $29.7 million.

Heritage Minister Shelly Glover announced at a November news conference that the government would “provide $80.5 million to the Canadian Science and Technology Museum to repair, retrofit and renovate this institution.” However, the spending estimates make no reference to that commitment.

So - is there new money? Or has the $80.5M dried up? Wassup?
