Letter to editor in support of S&T/S&I museum

Look - an $80M band-aid is still a band-aid. Lets start from scratch and create a museum that will instill pride and enthusiasm.

It is enormously expensive and rarely successful. Is there no learning curve associated with this cheese-paring approach to the cultural institutions of the nation’s capital?
